Paul spent his teens and twenties by finding a sense of belonging through the gang culture of the East End of London in the 80’s. But slowly his life turned towards violence, crime and drugs until he found love and acceptance through the work of Victory Outreach London, Twenty years later and Paul leads the ministry of Victory Outreach across Europe, having planted VO Manchester with his wife Vicky 15 years ago. They now have 2 Recovery Homes for those addicted to drugs, alcohol and crime and a vibrant church that helps to transform these peoples lives through introducing them to a God who loves them and accepts them.
